Stefanos Rock is rented as a whole villa. The entire five-bedroom property is exclusively yours for your stay — you are not sharing the pool, terraces, or facilities with other guests. Every booking includes housekeeping, fresh linen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, and a dedicated concierge available before and during your stay.
Volledige villa met vijf slaapkamers, voor maximaal 14 gasten. Minimaal verblijf van 5–7 nachten afhankelijk van het seizoen.

Booking terms
- Minimum stay: 5 nights in low season, 7 nights in high season
- Deposit: 30% due at the time of booking
- Balance: due 60 days before arrival
- Payment: bank transfer or credit/debit card
- Cancellation: 60+ days before arrival, full refund minus €200 admin fee; 30–60 days, 50% refund; less than 30 days, no refund
