Booking & Payments

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus €200 admin fee. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance. See our cancellation policy for full details.

Yes! The villa is family-friendly with a fenced pool area, high chairs, cots, and safety gates available upon request.

Yes, the villa has private parking for multiple vehicles at no additional charge.

Location & Transport

San Stefanos (Agios Stefanos) Beach is just a 5-minute walk from the villa. Arillas Beach is a 10-minute walk down the coastal path. Both beaches offer sandy shores, crystal-clear waters, and beachfront tavernas.

Services & Amenities

Yes, airport transfers are included in your stay. We provide comfortable private transfers from Corfu Airport to the villa (approximately 45 minutes) with professional drivers.
