Important: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation. This protects your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.
Policy Details
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at bookings@stefanosrock.com. Cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice, not the date you send it.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Date Changes
If you wish to change your booking dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a €100 amendment fee. If the new dates fall in a higher rate period, the difference must be paid.
Shortening Your Stay
If you wish to shorten your stay after booking, this is treated as a partial cancellation. The cancellation policy applies to the nights you wish to remove from your booking.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and do not contact us, this is treated as a cancellation with less than 30 days notice. No refund will be provided.
Early Departure
If you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, war, pandemic travel restrictions, government-imposed travel bans), we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide credit for a future booking. Documentation may be required.
Our Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (e.g., property damage, unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will notify you as soon as possible and assist in finding alternative accommodation if needed.
