Guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests

Please Do
- Treat the property with respect as if it were your own home
- Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 11:00 PM
- Supervise children at all times, especially around the pool
- Report any damages or issues immediately
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
- Use designated parking areas only
- Dispose of rubbish in the provided bins
- Conserve water and electricity where possible
Please Don't
- Smoke inside the property (outdoor smoking areas available)
- Bring pets without prior written approval
- Host parties or events without prior arrangement
- Exceed the maximum occupancy of 14 guests
- Use the pool between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- Remove furniture from its designated location
- Use the BBQ without adult supervision
- Leave valuables unattended in common areas
Pool Rules
- No diving - the pool depth does not permit safe diving
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No glass items near or in the pool area
- Shower before entering the pool
- No running on the pool deck
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Report any pool maintenance issues immediately

Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Out of consideration for our neighbors and other guests, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
